Privacy Policy

When you sign in, we receive your email address from Google and keep it with your rodeo's name and whether the rodeo is public or private. Sign-in places are sometimes limited, so if you are not let in yet, we keep the address you tried with so we can let you in later. If you give the Rodeo Secretary your email to hear when there is room, we keep it until you ask the Rodeo Secretary to forget it.

Office conversations are kept on your own device. Each message you send, with the conversation so far, goes to an AI service that writes the reply. On our side, we keep a reply waiting to be delivered for up to 30 days, and a request taken to the chute boss in the demo for up to 6 days. The strategy you set for your own rodeo is kept until you replace or withdraw it, or the chute boss declines it. If you tell the Rodeo Secretary something about BellRun itself, such as a complaint, a suggestion, praise or a problem, we keep it so we can read it and improve BellRun, until you ask us to remove it.

Your rodeo's records, meaning its purse, trades and rides, are kept for as long as the rodeo exists. If you turn on notifications, we keep your device's subscription until you turn them off. We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to recognise your Office conversation, and your device also stores the conversation and a few preferences. We use no advertising cookies, and we never sell or share your information.

Terms of Service

BellRun is a game played with rodeo money. No real money is ever involved, and no trade is ever placed with anyone's money. Prices and market data come from third parties and may be delayed or wrong. By using the service, you agree not to misuse it, including any attempt at unauthorized access or harm, and we may end access for anyone who does. BellRun is a new service and may change or end at any time. It is provided as is, and theother9to5 Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage from using it.
